Question 1

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly exchange any defective item within 30 days of delivery with the same model and product. If a replacement is unavailable a refund will be issued for the original payment method, less shipping.

Question 2

We pride ourselves with extremely fast delivery service. Be assured that your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Deliveries vary by destination and most will usually arrive within 2-5 business days. However, a general estimation is 7-10 business days. This not does not include weekends or holidays.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, Discovery and American Express through PayPal. We also accept United States Postal money orders. We will not accept any money orders if it is not from the United States Post Office.

Question 4

Yes. Ebuster's U.S.A. will always combine shipping when purchasing multiple items to save you money. Over-sized, and freight deliveries usually come in their own box and are excluded from combined shipping. ex; big screen televisions over 42 inches or items over 80 lbs.

In the box that says: "Get shipping rates for this item", simply enter your postal code and your country from the drop down menu. Then click "Go". (United States is the default country). We offer the lowest available shipping online. Ebusters U.S.A. makes every effort to keep shipping and handling charges to a minimum. Delivery charges will vary by size, weight and destination.

Question 6

Yes. All of the items we carry are available for delivery to the continental United States and Canada. At our discretion, we may be able to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International deliveries are shipped via USPS express.

Please keep in mind that Ebuster's U.S.A. does not charge additonal fees to ship internationally. However, your Country may impose import, taxes or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for these charges. International buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs brokerage charges. Absolutely no exceptions.

Factory renewed products maintain high quality standards. Most often we find that factory renewed products are indistinguishable from their factory new counterparts. Although some factory renewed products may contain blemishes or scratches, factory renewed products are often better than new. They must pass a more rigorous inspection than new products. In fact the return rate on renewed products is less than 2%.

In fact most of these items qualify for extended warranty plans through SquareTrade. Factory renewed products can usually be purchased at a fraction of the the original factory new price tag.
